A global tech consulting company is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Turin, Italy. The role involves configuring, organizing, and maintaining IT equipment. Competenze

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field or in IT support.
  • Ability to test IT equipment and verify functionality of all components.
  • Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for Windows and MAC devices.
  • Excellent attention to detail while working in inventory and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to complete all work tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to walk, bend and lift equipment and perform physical duties of moving, storing and organizing IT equipment.
  • High level of flexibility and the ability to positively respond to changes in work requirements.
  • Ability to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure.
  • Strong data entry and customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Job Description
