We look forward to welcoming you to our team at Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi as :

• Creation and implementation of the hotel marketing plan (including preopening activities) managing the hotel marketing budget;
• Create, maintain and update the Hotel website page with new contents, and events in coordination with the Headquarter Marketing Team;
• Responsible of the day-by-day content supervision (web site and portals);
• Support the creation of hotel packages in collaboration with the General Manager and the Headquarter Marketing Team;
• Develop relations with local partners in order to create and roll out effective local marketing actions to push the Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa sales (when open to public);
• Develop relations to get most of the local attractions and activities such as Golf Clubs, cultural excursions, sports activities, destination highlights.
• Maintain relations with local media partners in order to communicate events and hotel activities;
• Creation of in-house communication material in order to push Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa additional sales among the hotel guests, including concierge tool;
• Responsible for hotel shooting (video, content, institutional) in coordination with Headquarter Marketing Team;
• Supervision of the hotel social media accounts (managed by a Social Media Manager).
• Support organization of internal events just like group press and influencer trips, press events, bloggers and journalists individual trips;

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
• 10+ years of professional experience in the field of marketing, preferably also in the hospitality industry
• Strength in project management and predisposition towards data analysis
• Good knowledge of the Italian media landscape and professional connections
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
• Strong communication skills, ability to inspire and influence
• Creative and innovative spirit with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Perfect Italian and very good English, German language and other languages are a plus

(40 hours per week) generally Monday to Friday, flexibility requested. Since many events and activities can take place throughout the whole week, it may also happen to work during weekends.
