Principal Responsibilities
  • Provide navigation and functional support to users interacting with the JAGGAER platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues and gather all relevant information from users to support issue analysis.
  • Manage external and internal communication effectively.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Position Requirements
  • Advanced English (mandatory); additional advanced language skills are a plus (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Chinese, etc.).
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Openness to change and strong adaptability.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Based in the Milan city area.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position (customer care, end user assistance, etc.).
  • Advanced digital skills and experience (Outlook, Office, CRM systems).
  • A university degree will be considered a strong plus.
  • 1-year fixed-term contract with the intention of confirmation.
