TextileGenesis is a pioneering traceability platform built specifically for the textile ecosystem. Our system creates radical transparency from fiber to retail, ensuring authenticity and provenance of sustainable textiles against generics. It engages all 5-6 tiers of the supplier ecosystem to establish unprecedented traceability using Fibercoins. TextileGenesis has won major innovation awards and is emerging as a market leader in full supply chain traceability within the fashion industry. As we scale our operations, we are seeking world-class talent to strengthen our regional teams. Currently, we are expanding our customer engagement team in Italy and are looking for a strong Associate Project Lead who wants to be part of the revolution in creating sustainable and traceable supply chains in the fashion and textile industry.

Your role will involve training and onboarding suppliers, supporting end-to-end management of traceability programs with global brand accounts based in Italy, and collaborating closely with global project managers and team members. Building strong customer relationships across diverse backgrounds is essential. Excellent communication skills and an open-minded listening approach are key to success. You will also collaborate internally with the product team, providing user feedback to improve the product.

The role requires :

• 2-3+ years of experience in the textile industry, certification bodies, or the sustainability domain, with familiarity with the textile supply chain. Knowledge of sustainable textile materials is a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong oral and written communication skills to drive results.
• Ownership mentality, a proactive attitude, and good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and extensive experience with MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Additional requirements include :

• Good knowledge of sustainable textile materials; basic knowledge is essential.
• Experience working with certification bodies (e.g., GRS, RCS, RWS, OCS), transaction certification, or supply chain traceability is advantageous.

Excellent written and spoken English is required. Additional European languages such as French or Spanish are strongly appreciated.
