A global life sciences company is looking for a Head of Legal for South Europe & LATAM in Milan. This role involves providing high-quality legal support, managing commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance across the region. The ideal candidate is expected to have over 10 years of legal experience, including significant background in multinational firms within the life sciences sector. A law degree and fluency in English are essential, with Spanish preferred. This position offers a hybrid working model.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of legal experience, including 5 years in-house within a multinational company.
• Experience in South Europe & LATAM markets.
• Proven collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Advise leadership on legal and conduct risks.
• Support teams with contracts and negotiations.
• Manage commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the global Commercial Legal team.
