A leading education consultancy is seeking a Sales Education Consultant to promote study abroad programs to Italians. In this role, you will convert cold leads, generate organic leads, and support students in finding programs in Ireland. The position offers a base salary of €1,200 plus commission, totaling around €2,700 monthly, and the opportunity to work remotely from Italy. Candidates must have strong B2C sales experience and a passion for travel and education.

What you’ll do:

• Promote and sell study abroad programs to Italians.
• Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities and drive sales.
• Generate organic leads through outreach, partnerships, and on-the-ground initiatives.
• Advise students on course options, accommodations, and cultural experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

What we offer:

• Monthly base salary of €1,200 + commission of around €1,500 per month = €2,700
• Opportunity to work remotely from Italy.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in the study abroad or education industry.
• Strong B2C sales experience, particularly converting cold leads into opportunities.
• Initiative-driven, able to generate leads independently through partnerships and outreach.
• Advanced English is required; Spanish is highly valued as a plus.
• Motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
