Location : Milan, Italy


Contract : Full-time, temporary contract with possibility of extension


Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, hybrid (3 days in-office after onboarding)


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Campaign Planner to plan, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns. You will work with a dynamic team, using advanced advertising tools to deliver impactful results for our clients.


Your Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute digital media plans across different advertising platforms.

  • Set up campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation.

  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on ad spend.


What You Need


  • 1-3 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive optimizations.

  • Experience with budget management and performance reporting.

  • Business proficiency in English.


Nice to Have


  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
