Job Description: Project Management Engineer

Purpose of the Position
As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will join the SINDIP department within the INFRA business line, responsible for:
- Contributing to the achievement of results and performance maximization for all projects in the portfolio by defining and implementing effective strategies and solutions.
- Supporting the establishment of project organizations and supervising projects assigned to Project Directors/Managers, ensuring integration across functions.
- Managing critical project issues and directing corrective actions, coordinating contributions from corporate functions.
- Supervising planning and cost control activities, implementing corrective actions to meet project objectives, and preparing project reports.
- Overseeing project activities related to Quality, HSE, and Sustainability.
- Generating dashboards and reports for management, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining trusting relationships with clients and partners, monitoring satisfaction.
- Implementing risk management strategies and utilizing knowledge tools.
- Issuing project completion and delivery certificates and providing assistance during the guarantee period.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Management Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in railways, subways, and roads.
- Strong project management skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Additional Details
Location: Milan, with availability for national and international travel.
Contract Type: Permanent.
