We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Program Management team within the Private Individuals area, specifically supporting the Mortgages, Protection and Distribution Channels Tribe. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in program coordination, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic and customer‑focused environment.

• Support the Program Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives within the Tribe

• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders

• Help coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and communication across different teams and departments

• Contribute to the tracking of milestones, deliverables, and KPIs

• Participate in workshops

• Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making and continuous improvement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus

• Interest in digital transformation, financial services, and digital banking

• Fluent in English

• Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content

• A structured internship experience with mentorship and learning opportunities
