JOB PURPOSE

The Fashion Corporate PR Manager is responsible for leading strategic press and media relations activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation across key markets. The role coordinates subsidiary communications and ensures consistent messaging across markets while overseeing the planning and implementation of communication initiatives across traditional and digital channels, with a specific focus on Italy and Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Managing relationships with press and media partners to ensure consistent, high-quality coverage aligned with brand objectives.
  • Defining and executing PR strategies for events, shows, and launches in collaboration with global PR teams to strengthen and enhance the PR strategy, ensuring high return on investment and strong media coverage.
  • Introducing innovative and culturally relevant approaches to strengthen brand positioning and engagement.
  • Coordinating cross-functional communications with headquarters and subsidiaries to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Developing and overseeing press materials and ensuring consistency of tone of voice across all communication channels.
  • Managing event-related PR budgets.
Qualifications
  • Strong editorial sensibility with proven experience in luxury fashion communications and strategic media relations.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion and cultural landscape.
  • Ability to develop compelling narratives and press materials that resonate with diverse media audiences.
  • Budget and event management competencies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian and Spanish media ecosystems and cultural nuances is highly valued.
  • Experience with media analytics tools such as Launchmetrics is appreciated.
