The Technical Account Management department is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver the best optimization solutions and conduct the technical operations for our top clients.

You Will :

1. Plan the proper initial setup of campaigns based on customers’ needs
2. Execute the proper setup, optimization, debugging and monitoring of online campaigns.
3. Assist with the requests received through our ticketing system such as Jira.
4. Consult and propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals.
5. Participate in client meetings to ensure the best possible strategy for client success.

Requirements :

1. At least 2+ years in digital marketing technical account management in programmatic / retargeting / campaign management coupled with experience handling large clients;
2. Excellent analytical skills;
3. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet.
4. Excellent communication skills; fluency in Italian and English is a must;
5. Knowledge and understanding of digital campaigns’ abbreviations, such as ROI, CPC, and SSP, DSP are important.
6. Experience in working with Google Analytics or equivalent tool is a plus.
7. Awareness of differences between performance and branding-oriented campaigns is a plus.
8. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.
