What you’ll do:

• You will join the Marketing team, supporting in daily communication activities concerning SisalFunClub App (a hyper-casual game based on football) and its prize contest.
• You will assist in the implementation of the product roadmap, contributing to new contest launches and helping ensure alignment with business goals.
• You will support the production of content within the app and the operational creation of special offers and promotions for the users.
• You will help monitor product performance and KPIs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and reporting insights to the team.
• You will contribute to deliver special initiatives on social media, managing the editorial plan.
• You will operationally support customer care in providing timely responses to the users.
• You will operationally support the team in sending DEMs and push notifications for user reactivation.

What you’ll bring:

• A university degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Languages, Humanities or similar.
• Curiosity for digital contents.
• Creative writing skills.
• Football knowledge.
• Passion for hyper-casual games.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic familiarity with web/digital platforms (HTML).
• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
