Inside the Teleport and Ground Infrastructures Engineering department in Rome, we are looking for a RF System Engineer, supporting RF Systems and Antenna design, procurement, installation, integration and test in the designated Ground Station facility.

• System Design – develop detailed requirements and define the system architecture, including specifications for the procurement of the required subsystems and services.
• Technical management of the procurement process, including factory and on‑site test as applicable.
• Integration of the subsystems in the overall system architecture, development and execution of system, end‑to‑end and on‑site tests.
• Development of all relevant documentation (design documents, test plans and procedures, reports).
• Project Management, including budgeted cost and schedule control.

• Experience of at least 3–5 years in antenna/ground station equipment and subsystem design.
• Second‑level master’s degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
• Technical skills: system engineering methodologies, antennas and RF propagation, RF and microwave systems, modems and baseband processing, time and frequency systems.
• Knowledge of satellite missions, satellite control techniques, monitoring and control protocols, antenna measurements and ECSS standards is appreciated.
• Soft skills: problem solving, team working, flexibility.
• Good knowledge of the English language is required.
• Place of work: Rome headquarters. Availability to make frequent trips to Saudi Arabia for a specific project.
