Job Description:

Leonardo, in partnership with BAE Systems (UK) and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Japan), is a strategic partner in the GCAP (Global Combat Air Programme). This program aims to develop a next-generation aerospace system, characterized as a 'system of systems,' for multidomain defense operations. The system will feature a 'core platform' interconnected with various peripheral 'adjunct' systems, both manned and unmanned.

This ambitious project is among the most challenging and forward-looking in the aerospace and defense industry, driving technological revolution over the next fifty years. It seeks to enhance the technological and industrial sovereignty of the involved countries by identifying and deploying innovative enabling technologies that will ensure a generational leap, fostering economic and social progress for the nation and future generations.

Location: Milano - Nerviano or Torino - C.so Francia

• Support the Construct Integration Team (CIT) as a Programme Manager (non-technical role), participating in international working groups to:
• Define the operational model of the JV, integrating various workflows into a unified architecture covering organization (including resource sizing), end-to-end processes, working methods, and governance, managing dependencies between work groups.
• Identify functional requirements for infrastructure to be selected by the Digital Business Team (WP3).
• Oversee functional work groups, supporting and guiding task completion within scheduled timelines.
• Monitor, manage, and update schedules, assumptions, dependencies, and risks at the Delivery Construct level.

• Handle external infrastructure requirements (physical, digital, security).
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (LSSI, GIGO) and formalize deliverables related to the Client's (Governments) LSI construct.

• Participate in international activities and organize/lead meetings with international partners within CIT.
• Perform PMO activities related to CIT projects.

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years in international contexts, at an expert level.

• Technical: Program Management.
• Behavioral: Flexibility, Problem Solving, Proactivity.
• Languages: English B2, preferably C1.
• IT Skills: Vision, Project.

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including long-term assignments.
