Experience - Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales roles, preferably in the renewable energies sector.
The Area Sales Manager will focus on direct sales for high potential customers within the Wattkraft Utility-Scale Segment Division. The role involves establishing strong relationships with these customers and promoting Wattkraft as their preferred supplier for PV installations.
Promote sales negotiations and the preparation of offers with the support of Technical Experts (local Product Managers). The main responsibilities include business development activities and market analysis, identifying new customers and managing existing ones in line with the company's strategic plans within the assigned area (Central South Italy).
Additionally, attending trade shows and regional network events is expected to build relationships, promote the company, and its products.
A technical background in Power Electronics is desirable. Knowledge of the Italian photovoltaic market, PV installers, EPC Contractors, and Independent Power Producers will be a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad for trade fairs. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet targets. Good time management, prioritization skills, and teamwork are essential. Customer satisfaction focus is also important.
