The team is hiring a Mobile Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain mobile network infrastructure. The role will focus on ensuring performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting large-scale deployments across evolving mobile technologies.

- Plan, implement, and enhance MVNO network infrastructure at customer sites.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations using OSS/BSS and Element Manager (EM) systems.
- Support the deployment and integration of Over-The-Air (OTA) and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to ensure seamless interoperability between MNO and MVNO network elements.
- Conduct drive tests and verify new RAN sites before integration into the MVNO network.
- Assist with technical documentation, installation validation, and verification of network KPIs.
- Analyze technical problems, including coverage gaps or traffic disruptions, and propose effective solutions.
- Mid-Senior Level experience
- Proven project delivery experience
- 4G / 5G Core Network expertise
- RAN knowledge
- University degree
- Cisco Certification
- Experience with Nokia / Ericsson / Altnet
- IoT knowledge
- VOIP solutions experience
- Hybrid working (2–3 days onsite per week)
