About us

We’re a young and ambitious company, born and distributed across Europe with two epicentres in London and Milan.

We value people that take ownership, have a bias for action and are good communicators, providing and receiving feedback to improve how we work. Even if we’re a remote first company we enjoy spending time together and we meet once a quarter in different locations.

We’re building a platform to support sales teams in their execution and specifically:

  • forecasting (build a strategy and execute)
  • conversational intelligence (coach team and improve metrics)
  • pipeline review (set cadence and create accountability)
The role

As the founding member of the sales team, you’ll be in charge of the full sales cycle, from finding the right leads to closing the deals. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person that wants to be at the forefront of innovation and in the midst of action, able to plan and make things happen, building the sales function from scratch.

You’ll be working very closely with our CEO and your insights will be key in driving the direction of the product. This is quite a unique position since our customers are salespeople and your objective will be to help them drive revenue growth, so it’s a great opportunity to deeply empathize with their pains and bring them value, as an expert in Sales strategy and Execution leveraging Superlayer.

People who work with you define you as a curious person that wants to understand the root of a problem, frame it analytically and then build efficient and elegant solutions to tackle it. They also enjoy to drink a beer (or three) with you after work .

At superlayer you will:

- Define and execute plans to hit your goals

- Build relationships with executives in different industries

-Consult with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements, understanding how Superlayer can enable them in achieving their goals.

-Have an initial focus on SMB and Mid Market companies.

-Collaborate with the entire team to make sure we are building what our users want.

-Be hunting new opportunities.

About you:

-You have a bachelor's and or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.

-You have experience as an Account Executive, VC Associate, or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance product.

-You have the ability to open and develop a new market and are an analytical thinker.

-You have a deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships for your organization.

-You are a resourceful, creative problem-solver when faced with the business needs of your clients, and understanding how Superlayer plugs into the bigger picture for them.

-You are a native english speaker
