Location: Remote from USA
Salary: $150K-$190K Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE: Yr1 ~$200K, Yr2 ~$370K)
Benefits: $600/month Healthcare Stipend + PTO

VP of Sales – Description

Our client in the healthcare software & service industry is looking for a VP of Sales to add to their team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business deals with hospitals or provider groups related to accounts receivable software & services. The ideal candidate will be a sales hunter with experience in the healthcare industry selling AR software or services for denial management, payment follow up, claims status check, & bad debt collection. You will have a proven track record independently generating leads, building a pipeline, and closing new business. To be successful, you must thrive in autonomy, develop strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, and excel with consultative sales. This is a great opportunity for a sales leader who is incentivized and fueled by the significant earning potential and desire to support company growth.

VP of Sales – Responsibilities
  1. Sell accounts receivable software and services to hospitals or physician groups
  2. Promote tools for denial management, AR follow up, claims status check, & bad debt collection
  3. Research and identify high-potential sales targets
  4. Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and qualify opportunities
  5. Provide a consultative sales approach and suggest solutions tailored to customer needs
  6. Deliver compelling and customized presentations that speak directly to client challenges
  7. Negotiate terms and close multi-year business deals
  8. Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to track pipeline, forecast, and analyze sales strategies
  9. Travel to client sites as needed for demos or relationship-building
  10. Collaborate with Marketing/Customer Success teams, ensuring a smooth customer transition
  11. Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare executives across various decision-making levels
VP of Sales – Qualifications
  1. 10+ years of healthcare sales experience is required
  2. 5+ years’ experience selling AR software and/or services to hospitals or providers is required
  3. Proven history of independently hunting for sales leads & closing new business is required
  4. Ability to travel 30% is required
