A global consulting firm is seeking a Business Development Director to lead its expansion in the European market from Italy. You will identify new opportunities and assist clients in developing promotional strategies. The ideal candidate has over 2 years' experience in business development, fluency in Italian and English, and strong sales acumen. This role offers a salary up to 150,000 Euros with strong commission support.

The purpose of the Head of Business Development is to lead our clients expansion in the European market (Italy). This role will take full responsibility for identifying and prospecting new clients against a pipeline and using consultative sales skills in meetings, to learn about prospects challenges and to gain a deep understanding of the client’s product portfolio. The Head of Business Development is a hands on position and comes with fully remote working, therefore the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Italy (although close to Milan would be the ideal).
