Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to oversee and drive key initiatives that support our funding operations and strategic growth. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects related to funding program development, process optimization, compliance workflows, client experience enhancements, and internal system improvements. You’ll guide teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every project aligns with organizational goals. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and values collaboration and precision throughout the project lifecycle. What Is Expected of You

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that directly support our funding services and business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for smooth execution.

• Coordinate internal teams—such as underwriting, customer success, compliance, and operations—as well as third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Monitor project performance using effective tools, systems, and metrics.

• Identify and manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans to maintain progress.

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and integrate continuous improvements into future initiatives.

Skills You Should Possess

• Ability to provide guidance and support to team members involved in project execution, including technical or operations staff.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
