Job summary
A leading global engineering company based in Monza is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive sales in the Energy Equipment Area focusing on GPHE and BFB products. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Thermomechanical Energy Mechanics or a related field and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include identifying customer solutions, promoting sales, and managing a network of partners. This role requires 50% travel across Italy and a strong attitude towards business development and interpersonal relationships. Competitive compensation and full-time employment offered.

- Develop and support Sales Business Growth within the Energy Equipment Area.

The Energy (ED ) division is looking for Field Sales Engineer Energy Equipment Area GPHE and BFB- Light Industry Market based in Monza
We are looking for a person with :

The Candidate will develop and support Sales Business Growth within the Energy Equipment Area for the Light Industry Market / application specifically on the GPHE and BFB products portfolio.
- Designing Promoting developing and secure sales for heat exchange product for the related applications
- Identifying solutions for ED GPHE and BFB product for different customers segments focusing on Light Industry System Builders Contractors OEMs End-users distributors.
- Promoting selling and securing delivery of the GPHE and BFB portfolio
- Driving sales activity visiting customers and Partners ( Push and Pull) promoting solutions.
- Supporting coaching and developing the sales partner organization in the field (Distributors and Agents)
- Be Available to travel per 50% of their time in Italy
Priority will be given to :
- The attitude for sales with a structured work and reporting (CRM) is a must for this profile.
- You have a university degree in Thermomechanical Energy Mechanics or Scientific university degree or business economics.
- You have a good understanding of the business development within BTB market
- You have a good knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics . The profile provides knowledge of Microsoft packages the ability to work with internal software and able to work with CRM software is a must for this profile.
- You are fluent in English.
