CWT Meetings & Events is growing in Italy through major client needs and we are looking for 10+ experienced event specialists/operators to join our team working closely with international pharmaceutical clients located in Italia. • Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
• Producing detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
• Agreeing to, and managing a budget
• Securing and booking a suitable venue or location
• Coordinating venue management, caterers, contractors and equipment hire
• Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
• Preparing delegate packs and papers
• Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
• Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting

• Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
• Strong autonomy
• Excellent customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
• Experience in coordinating meetings & events
• Knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical sector or a related sector (required)
• Proficient MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searches)
