Job summary
A leading tourism management company seeks an experienced Marketing & Communication - Event Manager to lead the Italian Soccer Tourism Division in Como, Italy. Responsible for developing exclusive tourism packages that combine Italian soccer with luxury experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven tourism industry experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This role requires innovative thinking and a passion for soccer tourism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the tourism industry, particularly in creating and managing travel packages.
- Experience in organizing luxury and exclusive experiences, such as culinary events, vineyard tours, and driving experiences.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian soccer scene, including clubs, matches, and fan culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Italian soccer clubs to create exclusive tourism packages.
- Identify and collaborate with luxury hotels and other premium accommodations.
- Design and implement tourism products offering high-quality experiences.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
- Monitor market trends to improve tourism products.
- Work closely with marketing to promote soccer tourism packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the division's budget and financial performance.
