A leading global medical technology company in Italy is looking for a Field Clinical Specialist, EP. This field-based role involves providing clinical expertise and support for the Farapulse system in Piedmont and surrounding regions. Ideal candidates will have a background in Biomedical Sciences, be bilingual in Italian and English, and be willing to travel extensively. - Willingness to travel approximately 80%.
Responsabilités
- Provide clinical support in case coverage and troubleshooting.
- Educate and train customers on the Farapulse device.
- Attend cases in labs for hands-on support.
- Meet with clients to identify needs and promote products.
- Develop relationships within hospitals for future sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
