You will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in sales management and is fluent in English. This role is primarily home office based, with occasional travel required.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing sales teams and commercial operations.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
• Technical knowledge of industrial dyes and pigments.
