Overview

As Speechify expands, we seek a Senior Backend Engineer to ensure scalable infrastructure, optimize product flows, and build resilient systems. If you enjoy high-paced environments and owning product decisions, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop state-of-the-art voice cloning technology
• Implement low latency and cost-effective text-to-speech solutions

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Proven backend development experience with Python
• Experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes
• Preferred: Experience deploying NLP or TTS models in production
