At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business unit, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.
In this role, you will be responsible to establish and execute the strategic roadmap for digital products supporting Supply Chain processes (Demand management, Materials planning, Inventory management, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS) across all Avio Aero Sites. You will manage the demand and delivery of Supply Chain-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with Business strategy and priorities, while driving innovation and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for the delivery of highly complex cross-disciplined programs that span multiple organizations, various other stakeholders which could be within GE, customer production support and operations, as well as partners.
In particular, you will lead a multi-year transformation initiative across our plants, aimed at optimizing operational processes and implementing advanced digitalization solutions through the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate has proven Program Management skills and solid experience in managing and implementing complex MES projects, ensuring the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
