Sales Representative - Trentino Alto Adige (m / f / d)

Bayer SPA is looking for a smart and brilliant Sales Representative to contribute to the business growth of the Consumer Health Sales Division for Trentino Alto‑Adige (Trento and Bolzano and related area).

The Sales Representative will be actively promoting and selling our products in its area of expertise by periodic visits to pharmacists, in line with Company planning.

This position plays a key role in increasing market share, fostering customer loyalty, and achieving revenue targets.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage sell‑out and sell‑in activities for Consumer Health division products at the Pharmacy and Para‑Pharmacy channel to add value compared to competitors
  • Achievement of sell‑out and sell‑in targets defined by the Division, in compliance with the commercial policy
  • Execute activation plans including digital projects on assigned Pharmacies and Parapharmacies in line with company priorities
Who You Are
  • Scientific degree recognized degree suitable for carrying out the activity of Scientific Informant of the Drug is preferred
  • 3 / 5 years of previous commercial experience in the pharmacy channel
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, open to a digital approach and high learning agility
  • Customer focus (both internal and external) and excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and proactivity
  • Results‑oriented and analytical mindset
  • Residence or domicile in the provinces of Trento, Bolzano and maximum availability to travel in the assigned territory
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
  • A basic knowledge of German will be considered a plus
