Responsibilities

• Manage the EVP & GM’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
• Drive cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and elevate risks or delays.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 administrative professionals.
• Ensure timely execution of administrative deliverables across departments.
