Gi Group SpA, a leading Italian employment agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 HR professionals, is seeking candidates for Gruppo Iren, a leader in Italy's multi-utility sector. We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join the Thermoelectric Production division in Turin.

The main responsibilities include performing mechanical maintenance work, such as:

1. Routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of main and auxiliary mechanical machinery, including carpentry structures, equipment, and pressurized fluid pipelines.
2. Operational testing and verification of plants and mechanical equipment.
3. Mechanical work in the workshop and welding of carpentry and pipelines.
4. Implementing modifications to plants and equipment, and constructing new systems and auxiliary components for thermoelectric plants.

Requirements:

• Mechanical, mechatronic, or thermotechnical diploma (preferred).
• Experience with traditional machine tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of applied mechanics, mechanical technology, and industrial systems.
• Proficiency in Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of English (preferred).
• Category B driving license.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 on-call shifts, including night and holiday shifts.

Contract Type: Permanent contract under the Electric sector collective bargaining agreement.
