- Select and coordinate external training providers.
- Support onboarding of new employees through structured training plans.
- Contribute to the creation of HR-content for our intranet.

Education
We are looking for a dedicated Learning & Training Delivery Expert who will bring passion, structure, and creativity to the design and delivery of our training programs.
- Assess training needs in collaboration with managers and departments
- Design, plan, and deliver training programs (in-person & digital)
- Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness
- Select and coordinate external training providers
- Improve the usage of the Learning Management System in cooperation with the Würth Group, develop and maintain training materials, e-learning content adding innovative educational formats
- Support onboarding of new employees through structured training plans
- Contribute to the creation of HR-content for our intranet in cooperation with the Marketing
- Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs
- Confident handling of digital learning platforms and knowledge of modern training methods
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a good sense for people
- Structured and independent working style
- Excellent German, Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken
