Learning & Training Delivery Expert (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Learning & Training Delivery Expert who will bring passion, structure, and creativity to the design and delivery of our training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs in collaboration with managers and departments
• Design, plan, and deliver training programs (in-person & digital)
• Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness
• Select and coordinate external training providers
• Improve the usage of the Learning Management System in cooperation with the Würth Group, develop and maintain training materials, e-learning content adding innovative educational formats
• Support onboarding of new employees through structured training plans
• Contribute to the creation of HR-content for our intranet in cooperation with the Marketing

Requirements:

• Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs
• Confident handling of digital learning platforms and knowledge of modern training methods
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a good sense for people
• Structured and independent working style
• Excellent German, Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken
