Grafton Engineering, a team dedicated to enhancing the experience, skills, and potential of candidates in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production & Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Environment, Process & Project Management, is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER (PHOTO VOLTAIC SECTOR) for a rapidly growing company involved in the engineering, construction, and management of photovoltaic plants.

Responsibilities include:

• Feasibility analysis of projects
• Planning activities and resources
• Coordination of design and authorization processes
• Managing relationships with suppliers and internal/external resources
• Supervising project execution and economic aspects
• Reporting on project progress

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical diploma
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in photovoltaic or renewable energy sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
• Proactive approach with results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy

Contract offer: Permanent position with a competitive package based on experience. Full-time work in Cesena (FC).
