You will assist customers with inquiries and updates, handling communication through various channels. - Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers of a global logistics provider.
- Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related questions.

A global leader in the logistics & express delivery sector is expanding its Italian customer operations. We are hiring Italian-speaking professionals for a fully remote support role within Greece. Salary: 1,050 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
Work Model: Fully remote from anywhere in Greece
