Job Openings Procurement & Expeditor Coordinator - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas Project

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions, including sourcing, bidding, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and track project budgets and expenses related to procurement.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international laws and regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their capabilities and pricing.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Assist with contract negotiations and manage contract changes and amendments
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to project managers and senior management.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
• Work experience of 8+years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
