• Pianifichi e coordini le attività di produzione portando il tuo team all’eccellenza. Con la tua esperienza e la tua passione sei in grado di massimizzare l'efficienza e ridurre i costi.
• Gestisci e motivi il tuo team a raggiungere gli obiettivi di produzione e qualità, creando un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e inclusivo.
• La tua attenzione al dettaglio e la tua capacità di analizzare i dati ti permettono di identificare aree di miglioramento e implementare soluzioni innovative per aumentare la qualità dei nostri prodotti.
• Collabori a stretto contatto altri reparti per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare la comunicazione, assicurandoti che le nostre performance siano volte al miglioramento continuo.
• Ti fai carico di risolvere eventuali problemi che emergono nell’ambito della tua responsabilità, sei il primo punto di contatto per la tua squadra per trovare soluzioni rapide e efficaci che minimizzano l'impatto sulla produzione e sulla qualità.
• Sei responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione e qualità, e ti impegni a raggiungere e superare gli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI) stabiliti per il reparto.

• Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
• Esperienza di leadership e gestione del personale
• Competenze di comunicazione e problem-solving
• Attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di analizzare i dati
• Uso base di strumenti informatici (es. Microsoft Office)
• Preferenziale :
• conoscenza dell'inglese (scritto e parlato)
