A leading engineering company in Cagliari is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to manage customer and internal claims and improve QA processes. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and 2-3 years experience in claims management. Strong problem-solving skills and fluency in English and Italian are required. This role focuses on ensuring effective solutions and high-quality standards across operations.

  • Previous 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Department and Claims management.
  • Experience working with Suppliers.
  • Driving for results and measurements capability.

Summary : This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle Customers Quality issues leading the problem solving process and releasing reports (8D Report, A3 Report, Chicago, 5 Why, etc), by coordinating the team during root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective actions, until the effectiveness verification and the closure.
  • Manage the link between Customer and Operations departments by improving the Quality Assurance and internal processes with team.
  • Monitor and report KPI and provide regular trend analysis.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with a technical specialization or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering
  • Previous 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department and in Claims management
  • Good knowledge of mechanical drawing
  • Experience working with Suppliers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Process improvement and Quality Assurance
  • Statistical knowledge
  • English and Italian language is mandatory
  • Problem solving skills
  • Driving for results and measurements capability
