We are looking for an Event Manager with a passion for education and event organization to join us in Rome/Turin/Milan with a flexible and hybrid working model.
What you'll do in a nutshell
This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of virtual events and meetings primarily utilizing Zoom, while also managing technical logistics for a diverse portfolio of international clients and public institutions. The main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the full lifecycle of virtual and hybrid events, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth technical delivery.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define formats, and propose the most suitable platforms and tools.
- Set up and manage virtual events using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Remo, StreamYard, etc.
- Provide high-quality technical support before and during live events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless participant experience.
- Design and support the delivery of workshops, webinars, training sessions, and hybrid meetings.
- Use tools like Mailchimp (or similar) to create and manage newsletters, invitations, and event communication workflows.
- Utilize survey and registration tools, including online forms and platforms that may involve AI integration, to support event engagement and data collection.
- Work with existing templates to customize documents, presentations, and other project materials to client specifications.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and presentations.
- Analyze data from events (attendance, feedback, engagement) to generate clear reports and recommendations.
- Support the continuous improvement of internal workflows and event delivery standards.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a Junior profile with at least 2 years of experience in project management who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Political Science, or related disciplines
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level) and Italian languages
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships, including with high-profile clients
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams
- Attention to detail and precision
- Passion and knowledge in areas such as education, training, and event management
- Flexibility and ability to work in an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, high proactivity, and autonomy
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to manage workshops and interactive sessions with and for clients
Nice to Have:
- Good ability to create Excel tables relating to quarterly, half-yearly, or annual results
- Knowledge of a second language (preferably French, Arabic, Russian, or Ukrainian)
