Job Openings Join Our Portugal Team: Italian-Speaking Support & Content Moderator Role
Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or remote based in Portugal)
Language Requirements: Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)
Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates

You'll provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.
Customer Support:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Provide accurate product and service information
Content Moderation:
Review and evaluate user-generated content
Enforce compliance with platform policies
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
English proficiency (minimum B2)
EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work on-site in Porto
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
EU ID or Passport
Portuguese Residence Card
Visa holders (eligibility confirmed case by case)
