WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT

You will be responsible to meet and exceed your KPIs and targets. You will generate leads, effectively manage them to close, and provide excellent customer service.

  • On a daily schedule, Sales Consultants run 2 to 3 in-home client consultations per day.
  • In-home Consultations consist of finding solutions, educating, and advising by matching clients' pain points to our products. Take the measurements and provide quotes. Close sale and process order.
  • Source and screen new leads (we supplement these with inbound leads).
  • Qualify the leads and set appointments.
  • Continue communicating with the client and other team members during and after the sale.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Continue learning and training on related products, marketing, and technologies.
  • This is a Full-time position from our Naples Head Office, covering a 25-mile radius of Naples, Florida & surrounding areas.

  • Experience in Sales Excellence : With 2-3 years of generating and closing your own leads, you have a proven track record of surpassing sales and commission targets.
  • Specialized Knowledge : Preference for those with a background in window treatment sales, though not mandatory.
  • Communication Mastery : Your exceptional written and oral communication skills, paired with outstanding listening and customer service abilities, set you apart.
  • Design Ingenuity : Creative prowess to craft compelling design proposals.
  • Tech-Savvy : Adept at leveraging CRM and sales tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Relationship Building : A proven strength in forging and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Valid FL Driver’s License : A clean background record to seamlessly navigate our vibrant market.
