For our new opening, we are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join the team of our Outlet in Sanremo.

ACTIVITIES:

1. Ensures a unique client experience, supporting customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
2. Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
3. Implements and maintains Company’s visual standards in store ensuring replenishment and stock management;
4. Actively cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
5. Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
2. Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
3. Passionate about retail, client-oriented and with a commercial mindset;
4. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
5. Strong interpersonal skills;
6. Willingness to evolve in the organisation; willingness to relocate is a plus;
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
