I bring over 15 years of global experience in the energy storage sector, having worked across roles—from technical support and project execution to business development and sales—with companies like Enel, Tesla, and Toshiba. Most recently, I led the Business Development team at Enel, where we developed and executed over 1 GW of storage assets worldwide, both front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter.

At Entrix, we’re building an ambitious, smart, tech-driven platform designed to unlock the full value of battery storage in energy markets. The Italian market is opening to new players due to regulatory improvements and support schemes. Our mission is to help these players realize the full value of battery storage through reliable, bankable solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders in the energy and battery storage sector
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and successful customer go-live
  • Act as a sparring partner for customers, helping them navigate the storage market while maintaining high engagement and satisfaction
  • Track activities and manage pipeline through our CRM system

Market Development & Networking

  • Contribute to evolving our offerings based on market trends and customer needs
  • Represent Entrix at conferences, trade fairs, and client meetings, with a focus on field engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the energy industry to identify trends and opportunities

Sales Strategy & Insight

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve forecasting
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product, marketing, and operations teams
Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or business development in the energy industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals
  • Experience with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience working with tech and product teams to align with business goals
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level)

Skills to Set You Apart

  • Deep understanding and network in the energy sector, including batteries, renewables, and the competitive landscape
  • Experience localizing offerings for specific markets
  • Knowledge of financial analysis related to sales and contracts
  • Experience with contractual matters, including partnership agreements
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus
