Ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environmental policies.* **Customer Relations:** Act as key contact for customers, troubleshoot warranty issues, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships providing timely updates and solutions.* **Leadership and Coordination:** Investigate faults, coordinate site activities, and resolve quality issues with engineering teams and suppliers. Lead project team, allocate tasks, and motivate internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks. Ensure consistent reporting through project reviews with management team.* **Lessons Learned and Project Closure:** Capture and share lessons learned, ensure contract close-out and drive formal final acceptance as contractually agreed.* **Contract and Claims Management:** Ensure consistent application of contract and claims management in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements.
