Train Performance Manager (TPM)
Scope of Mission:
Leads the Train System’s Technical Development & Validation throughout the V-cycle and lifecycle and ensures that train performances fulfil the customer & regulatory requirements. TPM is the main focal point to the customer for train performance & functionality topics.
TPM is also accountable for the Train Reliability, for Train Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), for LCC target achievement, for Cybersecurity, for Validation and Engineering contribution to Certification & Authorization.
