What we are looking for

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tealium is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Consultant Engineer to join our dynamic global sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted technical partner to our global Solutions Consulting team, with a primary focus on deal-related demonstration and Proof-of-Concept deployments of our platform and products, as well as creating and maintaining verticalized demo websites, apps and other environments. You will act as a key resource in ensuring our technical solutions align with client requirements, security best practices, and industry compliance standards.

Beyond your deal-related responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with the regional and global Solutions Consulting team to streamline team operations, improve efficiency, and enable our consultants to deliver world-class customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to blend deep technical knowledge with operational excellence in a high-impact, customer-facing environment.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Security & Technical Oversight

Build, oversee and maintain website environments hosted on Amazon EC2, Magento, WordPress, S3, etc. ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Administer and optimize Amazon Workspace environments to support internal operations and a distributed workforce.

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement

Serve as a trusted technical advisor by providing product, service, and solution guidance to sales representatives, partners, and prospective customers.

Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for prospects and internal training initiatives.

Contribute to the creation of formal sales plans and proposals that align with customer goals and drive revenue.

Support and guide Proof of Concept (POC) deployments, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client requirements.

Operational Excellence

Collaborate with the regional and global Solutions Consulting team to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and enhance overall Solutions Consulting performance.

Continuously improve pre-sales demonstration environments and supporting materials to maintain a best-in-class customer experience.

What you bring to Tealium

Proven network operations experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, Redshift, and various DNS services.

4–6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Implementation Engineer supporting enterprise SaaS products.

Hands-on experience with five (5) or more of the following :

Web Analytics

Search Engine Marketing

Display Marketing

Email Service Providers

Data Management Platforms

Demand- or Supply-Side Platforms

Digital Exchanges

Mobile Analytics

Ad Serving

Content Optimization (Multi-Variant Testing)

Marketing Automation

Tag Management, Customer Data Platforms, Data Hubs

Proven ability to assess customer requirements, identify business challenges, and map them to effective technical solutions.

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to deliver optimal client outcomes.
