Join CPM Italy as a Sales Assistant in our flagship store located on Corso Como, Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome potential customers and serve as the brand’s spokesperson.
  • Present product features and explain strengths relative to existing market options.
  • Engage customers in product trials through experiential activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and fellow Sales Assistants.
  • Collect data and information using the available digital tools.
  • Interface frequently with key brand stakeholders to stay updated on corporate directives.
  • Maintain presentation and aesthetics of the store.
  • Build one‑to‑one relationships and continually monitor the customer experience.
  • Cultivate a mindset oriented around Brand Identity.
Qualifications
  • Commercial experience, preferably in retail (boutique, store, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and relational skills with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of internal store operations (warehouse, inventory, cash register, etc.).
  • Ability to work closely with a team to boost group performance.
  • Passion for delivering a unique experience to potential customers.
  • Good command of English language.
