Position Overview :

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service, and leading a team of staff. This role is vital in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere and ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  2. Train, mentor, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service standards and compliance with company policies.
  3. Assist in scheduling and staffing needs to maintain optimal service levels.
  4. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow and quality food presentation.
  6. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
  7. Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
  8. Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.
  9. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
