About the Role:
As the strategic leader and team coach for the region, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your success will be measured not only by your business results but also by your ability to develop high-performing talent, foster deep partner relationships, and create long-term value for the company.
What You'll Do:
- Coach and empower team members through regular 1:1 meetings, performance assessments, and constructive feedback.
- Manage and evaluate team KPIs, ensuring adherence to activity standards and driving the team towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and facilitate training on key competencies (e.g., negotiation, communication, product expertise).
- Identify and mentor high-potential team members to build a pipeline of future leaders for the company.
2. Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop accurate business forecasts and a comprehensive territory coverage plan based on market trends, pipeline data, and partner feedback.
- Proactively analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights and product feedback to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Translate company objectives into clear team priorities and tasks, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement based on results and feedback.
3. Deep Partner Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong, consultative relationships with key hotel partners, acting as their internal advocate within DidaTravel.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership by directly managing partner concerns and coordinating with internal support, product, and marketing teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Create "win-win" initiatives (e.g., dynamic promotions, strategic packages) to enhance partner loyalty and drive mutual growth.
4. Market Execution & Internal Collaboration
- Represent DidaTravel in the local market, building the company's profile with key industry influencers (e.g., tourism bureaus, hotel associations).
- Lead the end-to-end process for new hotel onboarding, contract renewals, and ongoing optimization of hotel content, rates, and availability.
- Serve as the regional expert, educating internal colleagues on market dynamics and specific partner needs to influence product and process improvements.
Who You Are:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or e-commerce distribution, with a proven track record of handling major OTAs and online wholesalers.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Account Management, Customer Success, or sales teams, with demonstrated success in performance management and talent development.
