Competenze

Overview

Procurement Specialist (Maternity Leave) – Milan office. We are the leading InSAR provider worldwide. TRE Altamira (TREA) was founded in 2000, is part of the CLS Group and has offices in Milan (Italy), Vancouver (Canada), and Barcelona (Spain).

We are a multidisciplinary team with leading-edge knowledge of satellite radar data processing. Our patented algorithms provide displacement measurements and operational mapping solutions that are used worldwide in sectors including mining, civil engineering, oil & gas, and geohazards. Our Milan office is looking for a new member of the Procurement Team for Maternity leave coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Management of the procurement activities, especially for Satellite images
  • Management of the purchase orders to be sent to suppliers
  • Providing support to the internal clients in their daily tasks related with suppliers
  • Support the relationship with strategic suppliers
  • Regularly audit metrics to monitor vendors and internal performances to drive continuous improvement
  • Support supplier scouting
  • Contributing ideas to improve the procurement procedures
Desired Skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the procurement world, how suppliers and the supply chain should be approached and managed
  • Fluent in English and Italian
Education and Experience
  • At least 6 months of office experience. Experience in procurement preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement (engineering or economics). Master’s degree preferred
