A leading Multinational Company in Italy is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to oversee and implement developments in their Operations department. This role requires a Master’s Degree in Engineering and 10-15 years of experience in consulting or multinational companies, focusing on operations and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and analytical skills, fluency in English, and experience in change management.

Competenze

• 10-15 years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies.
• Knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Organizational transformation projects.
• English fluency required, other languages are a plus.

Organizational Development Manager – Operations

The resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s

Operations

department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.

Areas of responsibility : Organizational Design : develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones Organization Development : to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation Change Management : act as a change agent supporting the business Project Management : manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level Governance : plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions / processes are structured

Requirements : Master’s Degree in Engineering or related Field 10 -15 years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and / or Organizational transformation projects Stakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change Management Background in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and Improvement Strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization English fluent, any other language is considered a plus
